WHAT IS AVITAS GROOMING CLUB?

Avitas Grooming Club is the ultimate online grooming store. Our products are completely proprietary, vegan, and made with the utmost care for quality by using natural ingredients. Everything we produce is created with the father, brother, and son in-mind, and the quality of products we would want our own family members to use.

DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO A SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?

No, the choice is completely up to you. As a customer, you have the option to purchase individual items or become a monthly subscriber of your kits. Although being a subscriber gives you the greatest benefit because you can save money on each item and receive free trail size products not available to the public, you have the final say so as to how you want to purchase Avitas Grooming Club products.

We offer Domestic Ground Shipping for as little as $5.95. Orders are typically processed and ready for shipping within 2 to 3 business days  and shipped throughout the U.S. * International shipping may take longer to process with shipping starting at $11.95. Contact us for more details!

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

Sign up to create an account and order your products when you're ready. If at any time you decide to become a subscriber of our kits, you can enjoy the convenience of having your order shipped right to your door with a few extra goodies inside. We will bill and ship your subscription monthly thereafter (based on your  delivery schedule). If you decide not to reorder, you can cancel anytime.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST ORDER

You will receive a guide with helpful instructions on how to use Avitas Grooming Club products. Also, look for our links and videos on wet shaving techniques and how to take care for your skin and beard. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancel your account at any time. Just log into your account, click on the Membership setting, then click on “Cancel My Account."  If for any reason you have issues canceling your account please contact us immediately by submitting your request on our “Contact Us” page, and we will do our best to help you with the process.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Yes, if you are dissatisfied with our Product for any reason, you can contact Avitas Grooming Club to request a refund for the amount paid for your most recent purchase or monthly subscription (less any shipping and handling costs/fees related to the original purchase, which is non-refundable). Your refund request must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment by Avitas Grooming Club.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL OR OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENTS BESIDES CREDIT CARDS?

Sorry, we do not accept PayPal at this time, but we do accept all major credit cards.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEES

If you have chosen to receive individuals items or purchase a subscription plan on a renewal basis, Avitas Grooming Club will automatically renew your Membership monthly (based on the subscription cycle), as authorized by you. By checking the box demonstrating your consent for automatic renewal of your Membership during the sign-up process, we will charge your credit card with the applicable Membership fee and any shipping and handling costs and sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on your Membership fee payments. Each Membership renewal period is for one month.

CAN I PAY A YEAR IN ADVANCE?

We are currently working on a program for customers looking to make a single purchase on our yearly subscription kits.  *Check back soon!

CAN A BUSINESS OR LICENSE PROFESSIONAL PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, we actually encourage barber shops, salons, spas and license professionals to take their business to the next level by offering Avitas Grooming Club products in their shops and provide luxury grooming services to their customers.

As a licensed professional you can provide a superior shave or exfoliating experience, and educate your clients on the importance of making better choices for their skin and beard. We often hear stories from our customers that take their own Avitas Grooming Club kits to their barber to receive a close shave with a straight razor once a month, and how the experience helps them maintain healthier looking skin.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Orders are typically processed and ready for shipping within 2  to 3 business days. By providing us with your correct contact information the shipping provider can contact you directly if there are any issues with delivering your package(s).

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE SUBSCRIPTION UNDER MY ACCOUNT?

Yes, as long as the subscriptions are being shipped to the same address. If you are shopping for college students, a significant other, friends or family, with different addresses, you will need to create a separate account for each shipping address. 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?

Yes, we ship to places outside of the U.S. through USPS or UPS Global shipping.

HOW MANY SINGLE RAZOR BLADES WILL I RECEIVE PER SUBSCRIPTION?

We figure that you have enough to worry about and searching for double edge razor blades shouldn’t be one of them, so we provide you with 3 to 5 blades per subscription, depending on the package you have chosen. 

CAN I ORDER MORE BLADES PER MONTH?

Yes, no one knows your shaving needs better than you do, which is why we make it easy to add additional items to your subscription plan.

HOW MANY SHAVES WILL I GET PER RAZOR BLADE?

We cannot determine the number of shaves you get from one razor blade because everyone has a different preference, but we can suggest that based on our customers’ feedback many change their blades after every 3 to 4 shaves, to prevent shaving with a dull blade. Remember it's about the routine of your shave, how well you care of your skin, and the quality of your shave. So, we suggest that you change your blades based on your own needs.  If at any point you feel you‘re not getting the number of quality shaves you desire, you may consider changing your blades more often or purchasing a higher grade razor. 

DO YOU HAVE PRODUCTS FOR WOMEN TOO?

All of our products are unisex and can easily be used by women too.  After all, our Founder and CEO is a mother first, which is why all of our products are made with high quality ingredients and the utmost care in mind.

IS YOUR SHAVING SOLUTION A SHAVING CREAM?

No, it’s better! Unlike shaving creams made with synthetic chemicals that only focus on shaving ingrown hairs, Avitas Shaving Solution is a 3-in-1 formula and can be used as a facial soap, shaving solution, or as a mild moisturizer. It’s amazing to hear the responses from our customers and how they are using this unique product. And as you can see from our clear bottles, unlike shaving creams, we have nothing to hide!  Many of our members refer to the solution as “liquid gold.”

ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

No, all of our products are vegan except for our facial moisturizer, but all of our products are made with natural ingredients and without harsh chemicals, synthetic colorants or fragrances, alcohols, or petroleum, so you a purchasing a great line of grooming products for your skin and beard.

DO I REALLY NEED AN AFTERSHAVE?

It really depends on what you think your skin needs. Our Aftershave is perfect for individuals who experience skin irritations and want a stronger formula to naturally soothe razor bumps. We have found that not everyone needs an aftershave after using our Shaving Solution, but many prefer Avitas Cool Mist Aftershave to help complete their skin care regiment.

IS YOUR FACIAL MOISTURIZER MADE WITH NATURAL INGREDIENTS?

Our facial moisturizer is made with natural ingredients and is a great way to add moisture to the skin after every shave. We also recommend to use it at night after washing your with Avitas Shaving Solution before bedtime. Natural and not greasy, our creams are infused with vitamin E and hint of hemp seed oil, which is great for the skin.

ARE YOUR LIQUIDS & BARS A TRUE CASTILE SOAP?

Yes they are! We went back to the basics of how a true castile soaps should be made, which is why their vegan. All of our soaps are made with natural vegetable oils and no animal fats, similar to the way soaps were made in Castille, so you  are getting a quality product at an great price.

IS YOUR PRE-SHAVE OIL MADE WITH WATER AND OTHER FILLERS?  

No, unlike other products on the market our pre-shave oils are made with the best blend of botanical and essential oils, so you are getting a high quality product for your skin and beard. Use as a pre-shave oil for the days you want to relax the hairs before shaving, or as a daily beard oil to moisturize and keep the skin feeling soft and smooth.

DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?

We are proud to say that we do not test our products on animals and have no plans to ever do so. We believe that the best way to find out how we can improve our products (if needed), is by listening to our customers and get feedback on how we can make their experience better. 

 SHIPPING & OTHER QUESTIONS

I’M MOVING TO A NEW ADDRESS

If you are a monthly subscriber of our kits and are planning to move, make sure to update your account at least 10 days before the next subscription is scheduled to be delivered. If for any reason you forget, no worries, just contact Member Services and we will do our best to get you what you need. You can also delay your subscription for up to 60 days if you’re planning to move. Contact us in advance for more information by clicking on the “Contact Us” tab and submitting your request. 

HOW DO I RESUME MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Once your 30 or 60 day delay has expired, your subscription will automatically resume.

CAN AVITAS GROOMING CLUB CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

Yes, we reserve the right at any time to cancel your account without prior notice. Although is in never our intention to cancel an account, we do understand some individuals may refuse to adhere to the policies or other circumstances may arise and it may be in the best interest of both parties to part ways.  

REFER A FRIEND OR POST FOR A CHANCE TO RECEIVE FREE PRODUCTS

Refer friends or family member (18 years or older) for a chance to earn points towards the purchase of Avitas products. Just login into your account and complete our online form. *Note: Prior referrals submitted will not count as a new referral and points are awarded if once the referral completes their first purchase.
